Our apartment
‘Las Colinas’ is situated within the
attractive, low-density development of Reserva del Higueron
nestled between Benalmadena Pueblo and Fuengirola
overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There are gardens, two
swimming pools plus an ornamental pool and which are for
the exclusive use of the apartment residents. It is just 20
minutes from Malaga airport and there are several shops, a
supermarket, restaurant and filling station near the
entrance, Motorway Exit 217 makes the apartment easy to
find.
An allocated
parking space in the underground car park allows direct
access to the entrance foyer with lift and stairs up to the
apartment. Reserva del Higueron offers the ideal situation
for the best of both worlds with complete peace and
tranquillity in the apartment yet just minutes away from
the surrounding places of interest and excellent shopping
malls. There are many golf courses within a few miles and
the villages of Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo and Arroyo del la
Miel all offer a wide variety of shops and
restaurants.
Club de Campo is
immediately adjacent to the apartments where it is possible
to use the pool and gym plus the impressive Spa and there
are also tennis and paddle courts with an outside pool and
snack bar.
The apartment is
tastefully furnished in a modern theme and has one double
bedroom (queen size bed) with ensuite facilities. The
second bedroom has twin beds and the shower and toilet is
situated just beside it. The main rooms have remote
controlled air conditioning which is also used for heating
and there is a safe located in the main bedroom.
The lounge has
sliding glass doors onto the large balcony/terrace with
relaxing views over the sea and up towards Mijas - an ideal
place to enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing glass of
wine. This area is fitted with ‘glass curtains’
which makes it and enjoyable place to sit even in the
cooler winter months.
Sun loungers are
available for use around the pool area and there are
lifeguards on duty during the months of July and
August.
