Terms and Conditions of Contract
The contract is governed
by Scottish Law and becomes valid and binding once you have
signed and returned the booking form and/or we have
received the deposit.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total
cost which must be received by us at the time of booking or
the full holiday cost if the booking is made less than 8
weeks prior to your departure date. If you book by
telephone then we will treat this as provisionally booked
for 7 days to allow you time to send the deposit. Should
the deposit not be received by us within 7 days then the
week(s) will be made available to other people.
If the final balance is not received 8 weeks prior to the
departure date then we will assume that the trip has been
cancelled and the dates booked will be released to other
people. We will not normally send reminders.
Cancellation charges do apply, as detailed on our website,
therefore we strongly recommend that you have adequate
insurance cover for your holiday in our apartment Las
Colinas.
Although every effort will be made not to cancel or make
any changes to your booking we do reserve the right to do
so. We undertake that we will not make changes to your
booking unless we have no alternative, if that situation
arises then we will use our best endeavours to find you a
similar property in the locality. In the unlikely event of
us having to cancel a booking our liability is limited to a
full refund of all monies received by us.
We have faith in our guests to take great care of our
apartment therefore no damage deposit is requested, however
should any damage or breakage occur then we ask that this
be reported and remedial action taken immediately
with no
expense to us. Our agent will be happy to assist in matters
of this nature. The rental charge includes a high standard
of general cleaning, but we do reserve the right to charge
you any additional cleaning fees should the apartment be
considered to have been left in an unacceptable condition.
We will not be held liable for any personal injury or other
loss no matter how it arises.
Spanish legal requirements for public services vary from
those in the UK and we cannot be held responsible for
failure of water and electricity or other services as these
are entirely beyond our control.
We are flexible with changeover days. On arrival day entry
is normally not possible until 4.00 pm. and on your
departure day please vacate the apartment by 10.00 am. We
will do our best to accommodate times outwith these hours,
however it depends on the timings of other guests.
