Las Colinas

Our non -smoking apartment ‘Las Colinas’ is situated within the attractive, low-density development of Reserva del Higueron nestled between Benalmadena Pueblo and Fuengirola overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and is just 20 minutes from Malaga airport. Beside the entry gatehouse there are several shops, a supermarket, a restaurant and filling station which provide most necessary provisions. Exit 217 makes the apartment easy to find and the distinctive gatehouse to Reserva is a good landmark.



To get the best out of the location we recommend that you consider hiring a car. There are two swimming pools plus an ornamental pool and gardens which are for the exclusive use of the apartment residents.

There is a remote controlled gate to the underground car park and an allocated parking space, which allows direct access to the lift and stairs up to the apartment. Reserva del Higueron offers the ideal situation for the best of both worlds with complete peace and tranquillity in the apartment yet just minutes from the many surrounding places of interest and excellent shopping malls. There are many golf courses within a few miles and the villages of Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo and Arroyo del la Miel are all very close by, offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Club de Campo is immediately adjacent to the apartments where it is possible to use the pool and gym plus the impressive Spa and there are also tennis and paddle courts with an outside pool and snack bar. Within the complex is an excellent ‘up market’ bar and restaurant. All of these can be viewed on the reservadelhigueron website and payment for use is made locally.

The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern theme and has one double bedroom (queen size bed) with ensuite bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds and the shower and toilet is conveniently situated just beside it.

The main rooms have remote controlled air conditioning which is also the heating source. This can be preset for maximum comfort and in the interest of the environment we would ask that the a/c be used only when all the doors and windows are closed. The kitchen is quite compact however it has all the usual appliances to make your holiday enjoyable and stress free - for the little cooking you may wish to do!



The lounge has sliding glass doors onto the large balcony/terrace with relaxing views over the sea and up towards Mijas - an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing glass of local wine. This area is fitted with 'glass curtains' which effectively makes it into an extra room and keeps out the cooler winds in the winter months.There is a small safe deposit box in the main bedroom which easily takes passports, cameras and wallets etc.
